Vatac
Choke Valves are available in styles of positive, adjustable, needle &
orifice, pressures up to 15,000 PSI. Vatac Choke Valves are designed and
manufactured in accordance with the Most updated international standards, can be supplied in any of material classes suitable for temperature
classification P thru U as standard, or K, L, or X to order. End connections
are flanged and Union as standard. However, other connections are available,
such as Line-pipe threaded and Hub ends can also be supplied on request.

» Pressure rating ranges from 2000, 3000, 5000, 10000, 15000 psi and ANSI classes up to 4500#.
» Body/bonnet materials in carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, nickel alloy and low alloy steel with 3mm finish nickel alloy cladded on wetted areas to suit different service conditions.

Bean
size
The
orifice size is in 1/64" diametrical increments. 1/64" to
128/64" bean size is a routine application. However Vatac manufacture
choke bean up to 100mm (250/64") for customized application.

The
Vatac positive choke accept a replaceable fixed orifice flow bean (supplied
separately) that is measured in 64ths of an inch. Adjustable chokes can be
converted to positive chokes and vice versa by replacing the bonnet assembly
and the seat or bean.
